Cancellation Policy

At Move with Lanna, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. Please review our booking policy before registering for a class. 1. Non-Refundable Policy All class bookings are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the instructor. If a class is canceled by Move with Lanna, clients will be notified, and a full refund or class credit will be issued. 2. Advance Registration Required Clients must register in advance to secure their spot in class. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot and will only be accommodated if space allows. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their class up to 1 hour before the start time via the booking platform. Late rescheduling (within 1 hour of class start) is not permitted. 4. No-Show & Late Cancellation If a client does not attend a scheduled class and fails to reschedule in time, the booking will be forfeited. Late cancellations (less than 1 hour before class) will result in the class being counted as used. 5. Class Minimums & Cancellations Move with Lanna reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum number of attendees is not met. Clients will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a refund. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
